வரதட்சணை ஒழிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.அதற்க்கு அரசு முழு முயற்சி எடுக்க வேண்டும்.வரதட்சணை வாங்குவோருக்கு அரசு தண்டனை வழங்க வேண்டும்.வரதட்சணை ஒழிக்கப்பட்டால்தான் பெண்களுக்கு முழு விடுதலை.
